Powerful Air-Cooled Spindle: Features a 15HP HSK-63F air-cooled spindle capable of speeds up to 24,000 RPM, providing ample power for diverse materials and cutting tasks.
High-Speed & Precision Motion: Achieves vectorial speeds of up to 127 m/min with a robust structure incorporating Bosch Rexroth linear bearings on all axes, ensuring precision and durability.
Simultaneous Load & Unload: Optimise workflow and eliminate idle operator time by simultaneously applying labels to upcoming panels while current ones are processed, and loading new panels as finished ones are unloaded.
Automated Tool Changing & Drilling: Equipped with 12 automatic tool positions for efficient material handling and includes a high-speed drilling unit (e.g., 12x7 vertical drilling head) for versatile boring operations.
Size Options: Comes in two standard sizes - Genesis Plus 49: 2700x1300 mm and Genesis Plus 612: 3700x1900 mm - to suit various production requirements and factory footprints.
