Since launching its first CNC router in 1985, Anderson Group has a robust history of diversifying its CNC machinery expertise beyond traditional woodworking, significantly expanding into the processing of advanced materials, including plastics, composites, carbon fibre, fibreglass, resin, base materials and Kevlar.
Over the years, Anderson Group has invested in the development of spindles capable of handling materials including those for mould processing and advanced materials. Its ‘Smart Spindle’ technology was launched in 2015, designed to optimise the performance for new composite materials.
Machines such as its MASS, STRATOS and MAXXIS Series have been explicitly designed for advanced materials.
