The AFS-568 PRO brings servo-controlled finishing, a top feed belt and an enclosed adhesive delivery system together in one automatic edgebander. Built for professional cabinet and furniture production, it offers precise setup, stable panel handling and efficient changeovers across different edge thicknesses.
Key features:
Windows PC & Pendant Control: A large widescreen touchscreen provides clear machine control. An internal pendant touchscreen gives operators convenient access to servo-unit settings.
Top Feed Belt System: A continuous upper belt applies even pressure for smooth, stable feeding through the working units, including delicate and high-gloss panels.
Closed PUR / EVA Glue System: A plunger feeds adhesive through a heated hose directly to the glue head. The enclosed system removes the traditional glue pot and supports efficient adhesive and colour changeovers.
Servo Multi-Radius Finishing: Trimming and radius scraping automatically adjust for 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm edge tape. Nesting tracers help the units work around hinge holes.
Prepared, Bonded & Finished: Servo infeed positioning, pre-milling and infrared edge heating prepare the panel. The pressure zone, end saws, corner rounding, flat scraping and buffing complete the process.
Built for Daily Production: Automatic thickness positioning, timed lubrication, multi-point cleaning sprays and a stress-relieved steel frame support consistent operation at 18–23m/min.
