The ATS Series brings nesting, routing and drilling together for cabinetry and panel processing. Choose the ATS 49 with a 2,750 × 1,250 mm worktable or the ATS 412 with a 3,650 × 1,250 mm worktable.
Both models feature a 12kW HSK-63F spindle, 5 + 5 vertical drilling, a 12-tool automatic changer and Syntec control, with optional loading, unloading and labelling to suit your production.
Key features:
Two Table Sizes. One ATS Series.: Choose the ATS-49 with a 2,750 × 1,250mm table or the ATS-412 with a 3,650 × 1,250mm table. Both use phenolic composite / HPL worktables, three automatic vacuum zones and an included Eurovac rotary-vane vacuum pump.
12kW / 16HP HSK-63F Spindle: Both models use an air-cooled main spindle running up to 24,000rpm. Integrated fan monitoring checks cooling airflow and warns of reduced cooling.
113m/min Vectorial Speed: X and Y axes traverse at up to 80m/min, with 20m/min on Z. Rack-and-pinion drives, precision linear guides and Inovance servo drives support axis movement.
5 + 5 Vertical Drilling & 12 Tools: Five independently controlled vertical spindles on each axis support cabinet drilling patterns. A 12-position PMM carousel provides automatic tool changes for routing and drilling operations.
Syntec Control & Everyday Automation: A mobile PC-driven console supports program selection, on-screen simulation and machine adjustments. Automatic tool measurement and centralised lubrication support daily operation.
Optional Material Handling & Labelling: Choose stand-alone operation, automatic loading and unloading, or an automatic label line. Optional lift tables handle 16–32mm material, while an off-load conveyor and Honeywell industrial printing support material flow and part identification.
